Chelsea refused to offer Barcelona £ 50 million (just over 56 million euros) for Willian, according to the Daily Mail.
Barcelona believes that Willian could give power to the attack team.
However, Chelsea does not want to part with one of its best players last season.
The publication suggests that Manchester United, led by Jose Mourinho will offer even more for the 29-year-old Brazilian.
